When your organization teams up with 508 C.H.E.E.R.S., amazing things are possible. Our young people have completed over 70 youth-led community service projects that have real impact. You can join us in our mission to support youth as they become the next generation of leaders.

2026 Youth Voice Summit
Over the summer our youth tended to community gardens, jammed with the Worcester Police Department, prepared and delivered meals on the Common, and were certified in suicide prevention. They reflected on their experiences in our Your Voice Matters workbook to find a topic in their community that they were passionate about.
At the end of the program, we arranged for them to talk about their concerns with community leaders, subject matter experts, and elected officials. This video introduces you to the topics our youth spoke up about.
Collaborative Anti-Vaping Programming
We also partnered with Worcester Recreation, the Worcester District Attorney's Office, Community Connections Worcester, and the Worcester Division of Public Health to help deliver anti-vaping education and workshops at summer camps around the city.
This video shows what youth had to say about how vaping is affecting them and their peers when they had chances to learn through play and empathy.
Youth Speak Out At City Hall
Our youth regularly show up for topics they're passionate about at City Hall. They've spoken up about homelessness, youth employment opportunities, vaping legislation, and more. Here are some videos of our youth in action!

We work with schools, churches, camps, residential facilities, and other youth programs around Worcester. Some bring us in to run our programming for their young people, and others build something brand new right alongside us. Either way, we shape the work around what your youth actually need.
We also love linking up with artists, musicians, creators, and wellness folks who want to pour into the next generation. If that's you, we'd be glad to hear from you too.
