Mental health matters for our youth
Our youth told us that mental health support is something they need now more than ever in today’s overwhelming and social media-driven world. We heard them loud and clear.

Our young folk told us that they feel overwhelmed and need a safe space to talk about their emotions and experiences.
Many expressed feeling flooded with negative inputs and said they were unsure of how to access help. The common thread was that most felt they would be punished or judged by adults for trying to talk about their needs or feelings.
So we created a virtual mental health platform where our teens' voices and needs are prioritized.
Our mental health programs include:
Teen Trauma Tuesdays
This trauma informed series provides teens with supportive conversations, coping tools, and mindfulness practices that help them heal, grow, and build resilience.
Your Inner System
Students build self-awareness and learn self-care strategies. Saying it out loud next to others doing the same is how they discover they're not alone.
Supportive Spaces
Youth come to feel seen and understood as they navigate stress and trauma. Every session is shaped by topics our youth identify as their real, current struggles.

Any of these workshops can be brought to your school through our AdvocATE program. If there are students in your high school or middle school who deserve to be heard, we'll bring AdvocATE to them.
