Our Programs
Mentorship & Enrichment for Girls
Our programming for girls empowers students to know their value, speak their truth, and lead with confidence. Girls engage in equity and advocacy conversations, mental health and wellness activities, and self defense training that builds real world safety skills.
Together, these experiences support strong minds, strong bodies, and strong voices.

Safety, Wellness, and Self Worth
Girls grow up under real pressure on their safety, their mental health, and their sense of their own worth, and they're rarely handed the tools to meet it. This pillar is where they build that strength, in space that's theirs alone.
- Confidence and self-expression activities
- R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) self-defense training
- Mental health and wellness workshops
Advocacy, Equity, & Justice
The decisions that shape girls' lives are often made in rooms they're never invited into. Advocacy and equity work puts them in those rooms, speaking for themselves instead of being spoken about.
- Public testimony at School Committee and City Hall hearings
- Community forums on safety, equity, and girls' voices
- Trainings and conferences on leadership, policy, and advocacy
- Meetings with policymakers to share lived experience and solutions
Community Leadership
Too often girls are treated as recipients rather than leaders, even in the communities they know best. Here they take the lead, through service and through speaking up for the people around them.
- Storytelling and public speaking on issues facing girls and families
- Service projects in underserved communities
- Menstrual hygiene equity kits made and distributed to school-aged girls
- Youth-led discussions on equity, belonging, and representation
Request a workshop and put your students at the center of the conversation!
Any of these workshops can be brought to your school through our AdvocATE program. If there are students in your high school or middle school who deserve to be heard, we'll bring AdvocATE to them.
